Bocuse d'Or winner 2023 and our partner in innovation
It’s a pleasure to feature Elisabeth Madsen, a young and talented chef who has recently collaborated with us, to develop innovative silicone molds. At only 23, Elisabeth has already achieved remarkable success, including winning gold at the Bocuse d’Or in 2023 as a commis, which showcases her skill and dedication.
Here's what Elisabeth has to say about our collaboration:
“Working with Nordic Chefs to create these new silicone molds has been a fantastic journey of creativity. I chose the ‘saint honore’ design for the molds because of its beautiful shape and the creative freedom it offers. It’s exciting to think about all the different desserts that can be made with these new unique molds. This project has allowed me to bring some of my culinary visions to life in a new way, and I’m thrilled to see how chefs around the world will use them to create their own unique dishes.”
Elisabeth is now at Falsled Kro in Fyn, continuing to push the boundaries of culinary excellence. We are incredibly proud of our collaboration with her and eager to see how her molds will inspire creativity in kitchens everywhere.
